1. The service

SnapLayer 3D creates custom 3D-printable design files (STL and 3MF) from the photos, sketches and descriptions you send. We deliver digital files only; printing is not included unless stated.

2. Price and payment

A standard design costs the price shown at checkout (currently US$20) and is paid in full when you place the order. Complex projects are quoted before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

3. Preview and changes

We send a first 3D preview within 3 business days after payment and after receiving usable photos. Two rounds of changes are included. Extra rounds cost US$5 each. Changes that turn the request into a different design may require a new order or a quote.

4. Refunds

If we can't create a usable design from your photos, we'll ask for new ones or refund you in full. Once you approve the final preview and receive the files, the order is complete and non-refundable, because the product is a digital file.

5. Your photos and content

You confirm that you own the photos, logos and content you send, or have permission to use them. You let us use them only to create and deliver your order. We may decline requests that copy trademarks, copyrighted characters or third-party designs, or that are offensive or unsafe.

6. License

The standard price includes a personal-use license: you may print the files for yourself and as gifts. Selling prints, or the files, requires a commercial license, quoted separately. We won't publish your photos or your design without your permission.

7. Printing results

Files are designed for FDM printers with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Print results depend on the printer, settings and material used, so files are provided as is. Printed parts are not toys and are not food-safe or chew-safe for pets.
