What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, optional phone number, the photos or files you upload and your description. Stripe collects your payment details; we only receive the payment confirmation.

Why

Only to create your design, send you previews and files, and answer your questions. We don't sell or share your data, and we only email you about your order.

How long we keep it

We keep your files and order details for up to 12 months so we can handle changes, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
